28. The fee for County Recording shall be charged as billed at the time of recording.
29. The fee for a Background check for new hires shall be $15.00.
30. The fee for Copies of City, Police records shall be $5.00 first page, $1.00 per page thereafter-includes tax.
31. The fee for a Subordination Agreement for a Kootasca Loan/Grant shall be $100.00 plus recording fee as indicated under #28 above.
32. The fee for Violations pursuant to Article XI shall be as listed in Administrative Penalties.
33. The fee for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall be $400.00 -includes all costs to the City.
34. The fee for an EASEMENT granted by the City shall be the actual cost to the City to generate and record the Easement.
35. The fee for REZONING shall be $400.00-includes all costs to the City.
36. The fee for a Street/Alley VACATION shall be $400.00-includes all costs to the City.
37. The fee for a VARIANCE request shall be $400.00-includes all costs to the City.
38. The fee for a PUBLIC HEARING for any request which requires one shall be $400.00.
39. The fee for a BUILDING PERMIT shall be as established by Resolution of Council in a separate schedule.
40. The fee for a Permit for a well shall be $100.00 as determined by the City Council at the Public Hearing of 10-17-07.
41. The fee for NSF checks is $30.00 plus any Administrative costs 11-1-07
42. The fee for a WELL PERMIT is $100.00
43. The fee for a CALL-IN for Public Works is $40.00/hr Amending Resolution 2009-38
